In order to return an item, please email HELLo@estcequelle.com to request a return. you must meet the following conditions:
The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivered date
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. The item(s) must be returned with the original tags and packaging
we reserve the right to reject the return if it does not meet the above requirements.
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Each piece is custom made with you in mind.
To ensure your satisfaction, all items are thoroughly checked for damage and defects prior to shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have any issues please contact us via email once the shipment is received and we will be in touch shortly.
