Returns + exchanges

Customer Service is very important to us here at Est Ce Qu'elle. We value your business and will continue to go above and beyond to ensure you satisfied with your purchase.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date, please email hello@estcequelle.com with the subject “Return”

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

• The item(s) must be returned with the original tags and packaging

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Once received & processed, we will issue your refund back to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take between 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement. Gift cards & one of one pieces as listed in the product description are final sale.

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Each piece is custom made with you in mind.

To ensure your satisfaction, all items are thoroughly checked for damage and defects prior to shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have any issues please contact us via email once the shipment is received and we will be in touch shortly.
